(170 words) [b]What would you offer us that someone else wouldn't (100 words minimum)?: [/b]I would be able to help the server by moderating at times when staff population is low (like at night) which will assist in keeping the staff population balanced, I am aware that this is a problem that I can help with because I have also heard someone complain that the staff numbers are very low at night. I also have the advantageous habit of seeing things from an objective point of view, this has helped with previous sits that I have conducted when I was a staff member on another server. This helps to escape from falling into certain cognitive biases (that staff members can have) that are unhelpful in certain situations. I don't like to be too strict nor too lenient because I think being fair in a sit will make the person doing the wrong understand that they shouldn't do it again. It would be a real honor if I became a staff member on this server because I know that this server is very popular and has high ratings, which makes me love it even more.
